Gravis Tech has a help desk email that will help escalate urgent issues. If you send an email to helpdesk@gravistech.com it goes to a large team of individuals. This ensures that someone starts working the issue as soon as possible.

Helpful Details for submitting a help desk request:

  • Send an email to helpdesk@gravistech.com
  • Provide a descriptive subject in the Subject Line with a Severity Level Identified (Site Down, High, Low).
    1. This helps us understand how important it is to re-prioritze resources to fix the issue.
  • In the body of the email, provide as many details as possible. Helpful details are:
    1. URL of the page experiencing the issue
    2. Screenshot of the issue
    3. Error message
